Noesa

Bengaluru

An AI development company in Bengaluru.

Noesa is Finnodiagnos Analytics PVT Ltd, based in Bengaluru. We build AI agents that do a specific job — answer customers, take orders, chase leads, read documents — and we measure them against a number your business already tracks.

The Bengaluru paradox

This city exports software to the world and runs its own small businesses on WhatsApp. The kirana that supplies an engineer’s flat, the clinic they book through, the D2C brand shipping out of a Jayanagar godown — almost all of them take orders, answer questions and chase payments in a chat window, manually, one message at a time.

That is not a failure of technology adoption. It is a rational choice: customers are already on WhatsApp, so that is where the business happens. The gap is not that these businesses need an app. It is that nobody is free to reply at 9pm, and the enquiry that goes unanswered for four hours becomes somebody else’s order.

The work we do sits exactly there — not replacing the systems a business already runs, but putting something intelligent on the channel its customers already use.

What an AI development company should actually deliver

The phrase covers a lot of very different companies, so it is worth being concrete about what we do and what we do not.

What we build

  • Agents that answer customers and complete actions, not scripted menus
  • WhatsApp commerce — catalogue, stock, payment link, order written down
  • Support and lead agents grounded on your real policies and data
  • Document processing that turns paperwork into structured records
  • The data plumbing underneath all of it

What we do not

  • Replace the CRM, ERP or store you already run
  • Sell you a model when a database query would do
  • Promise a percentage before we have seen your messages
  • Build something whose success nobody can measure

The full catalogue — six practices across agents, automation, generative AI, machine learning, data engineering and software development — is on our services page, with a page per service rather than a list of buzzwords.

What being in this city actually changes

Honestly? Less than a local-SEO page usually claims, and more than nothing. The build itself is remote work — it would be identical for a client in Chennai. Three things do genuinely change.

  1. Scoping happens in a room. The most valuable hour of any project is the one where we sit with whoever currently answers your WhatsApp and watch them work. Doing that in person catches things a call does not — the workaround nobody mentions, the WhatsApp group where orders actually get confirmed, the notebook beside the till.
  2. We share your context. Delivery zones that stop at the ORR, customers who ask “same-day Koramangala?”, the fact that nobody is driving anywhere between 6 and 8pm so chat wins over a phone call. We do not need that explained.
  3. Same hours, same escalation. When something breaks the day before a festival sale, you are not waiting for a support queue in another timezone to wake up.

What being local does not change is quality or price. We would be suspicious of anyone claiming otherwise.

How your customers actually write

A Bengaluru inbox is not monolingual and it is not tidy. “Blue kurta M size hai kya, aaj chahiye” arrives alongside clean English alongside romanised Kannada, with typos, voice notes and three questions in one message.

This is the specific thing scripted chatbots fail at, and it is why the distinction between a decision tree and a grounded agent is not academic here. A tree matches keywords; the moment a customer phrases something the way people in this city actually phrase it, the tree drops to “Sorry, I didn’t understand, press 1 for catalogue” and the customer messages another shop.

We test against your real message history before committing to anything, because that history is the only honest benchmark. If your customers write in a way the agent handles badly, better that we find out in week one than that you find out in month three. The longer version of this argument is in chatbot vs AI agent.

How an engagement actually runs

  1. 1. Find the number. Before anything gets built we agree what should move — enquiries answered, orders taken after hours, tickets closed, documents processed. If we cannot find one, that is a signal the project is not ready and we will say so.
  2. 2. Read your real data. Your catalogue, your message history, your policies. Most of the risk in these projects is data quality, not modelling, and it surfaces here.
  3. 3. Build against your systems. The agent reads from and writes into what you already run — sheet, store, CRM, ERP. Nothing gets migrated.
  4. 4. Run it and watch it. Escalation thresholds, what it must never promise, and a monthly look at whether the number from step one actually moved.

Costs are written down rather than quoted on request — a build fee plus a monthly fee to run it, with Meta’s message charges passed through at cost. The full breakdown, including what moves the number up or down, is on our pricing page.

Talk to a human

Finnodiagnos Analytics PVT Ltd, Bengaluru, Karnataka. You can reach us on +91 95449 27559 — calls and WhatsApp both — or at noesaaibot@gmail.com.

The fastest way to judge the work is to use it rather than read about it. Vaani is live on WhatsApp — message it and watch it answer, show a catalogue and take an order, no signup. If you would rather see the range first, start with what we build per industry or what a WhatsApp AI agent actually is. Outside Bengaluru, or want the engineering detail rather than the local pitch? That is how we build agents across India.

Frequently asked questions

Can we meet in person in Bengaluru?
Yes, and for a first scoping conversation we would usually rather. Most of this work is remote once it starts, but the session where we work out what to build benefits from a whiteboard and from watching how your team actually handles a customer message. Being in the same city means that costs an hour rather than a flight, so we do not have to charge for it or compress it into a call.
Can the agent handle Kannada?
It handles English, Hindi and the Hinglish mix most Bengaluru customers actually type, and it can work in Kannada. The honest caveat is that quality varies by language and by how your customers write — romanised Kannada mixed with English behaves differently from clean script. We test against your real message history before promising anything, and if a language is not good enough for your customers we will say so rather than ship it and let you find out.
Are you an agency, a consultancy or a product company?
Both a product company and a build shop, which we should be upfront about because it shapes our advice. Vaani is our own WhatsApp agent product. We also build custom agents and automation against clients' own systems. That means when we recommend Vaani we have an interest, so we price consulting separately from build work and we regularly conclude an engagement by recommending a client build nothing at all. A bad build is worse for us than a lost deal.
What size of business do you work with?
Indian SMEs and growing teams — shops and D2C brands selling over chat, clinics and service businesses drowning in repeat questions, sales teams losing leads to slow replies, back offices retyping data from documents. We are a small company and we scope accordingly. If you are an enterprise needing procurement-grade compliance across multiple countries, there are larger vendors better suited to that and we will point you at them.
Do you have Bengaluru clients we can talk to?
Ask us directly and we will tell you honestly what we have run and what we have not, including where things went wrong. Noesa is a young company and we are not going to decorate this page with a logo wall or invented case studies. What we would rather do is scope your build against a number you already track, so the proof is your own metric moving rather than someone else's testimonial.
Do you only work with businesses in Bangalore?
No — the delivery is remote and we work with businesses across India. Being in Bengaluru means in-person scoping is easy and we share your working hours and your context, which genuinely helps. It is not a requirement. If you are elsewhere in India, nothing about the build changes except that the first meeting happens on a call.

See it working in one message.
