AI Agent Development

AI agent development

An agent that takes real actions inside your systems — not just answers questions, but does the work.

The problem

Most software tells your team what to do. An agent does it. That difference matters when the task is something like: check the order queue, look up the status in the courier API, send the customer a message, and update the sheet. That sequence happens dozens of times a day. Someone on your team does it, which means someone on your team is not doing the harder work you actually hired them for. The task is too structured to need judgment and too repetitive to need a person.

The repetitive job gets done without someone from your team doing it.

Built for: Businesses with a clearly repeatable task that eats staff time every day.

What we deliver

  • Tool use and real actions. The agent calls your APIs, reads your databases, posts into your systems and sends messages. It does not just generate text for a human to act on — it acts.

  • Memory across sessions. It can remember what happened last time: a customer's previous order, an open follow-up, a flag your team set. Each conversation starts with context, not from scratch.

  • Guardrails you define. You decide what it may do without asking, what it must confirm with a human first, and what is out of scope entirely. Those limits are set in writing before we build anything.

  • Human handover built in. When a situation is outside the guardrails, it stops and passes the task to a person with everything it knows attached. An agent with no handover is one we will not ship.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the same as a chatbot?
No. A chatbot answers questions. An agent takes actions: it calls an API, updates a record, sends a message on your behalf. Whether it uses chat as its interface is a separate decision — you can build an agent that operates entirely in the background with no chat interface at all.
What if it does something wrong?
We define the guardrails in a written document before building starts. Anything outside those limits triggers a human review step. We would rather an agent pause fifty times unnecessarily than take one action it should not have taken.
Do we need to replace our current systems?
No. The agent connects to what you already run — your CRM, your sheet, your ERP, your courier API. We adapt to your stack, because asking you to migrate everything to use an agent defeats the point.
