AI Consulting
AI consulting and strategy
A clear-headed review of where AI actually helps your business, delivered as a ranked shortlist with honest cost and benefit estimates.
The problem
You have read enough to believe AI belongs somewhere in your business. Your team has forwarded you articles. A vendor has pitched you a demo. But none of that tells you which of your actual processes is worth changing, what data you need that you may not have, or whether a particular idea will pay for itself in a year or in five. Making that call wrong wastes money; making no call wastes the opportunity. What you need is someone to look at your actual operations and give you a ranked, honest answer.
You know which three things to build, and which five to skip.
Built for: Leaders who sense opportunity but do not know where to start.
What we deliver
A map of your manual work. We spend time with your team — operations, finance, sales, support — and identify every place where people are doing repetitive, data-heavy tasks that a system could take over.
Ranked by impact and effort. Each opportunity gets an honest estimate of what it would save or earn, what it would cost to build, and how long before it pays back. High-impact, low-effort items go to the top.
An explicit do-not-build list. Every shortlist includes the ideas that sound good but will not work: because the data is too thin, the ROI is too long, or a spreadsheet does the job just as well. This list is as useful as the shortlist.
Ready to hand to a builder. Each recommended item comes with enough detail — data sources, success criteria, integration points — that a technical team can scope it without starting from scratch.

Frequently asked questions
- How is this different from a vendor sales pitch?
- We do not have a product to sell you. Our consulting engagement ends with a document; if you want us to build any of the recommendations afterwards, that is a separate conversation. An honest do-not-build list costs us future work, and we include one on every engagement.
- Do you need access to our systems and data?
- We need enough to understand your processes — exports, screenshots, a walkthrough. We do not need live database access to form an opinion on where AI is likely to help.
- What kind of businesses does this suit?
- Teams that are doing real operational work — processing documents, handling customer queries, managing stock — but have not yet had the time to think through what AI could take off their plate. The consulting is deliberately short and focused; it is not a multi-month strategy exercise.
