- What is the fastest way to get a useful answer?
- WhatsApp, with one sentence describing the job that is eating your team's day. Something like "we get about 300 order-status messages a week and two people answer them" is enough to tell us whether this is an agent problem, an automation problem, or neither. That single sentence saves a discovery call. We would rather tell you in one message that you do not need us than book a meeting to reach the same conclusion.
- Do you have a contact form?
- No, deliberately. A form adds a step, collects data we do not need yet, and usually routes to an inbox nobody watches. The phone number and WhatsApp number on this page reach a person. If you would rather write at length, email works too — it is just slower than WhatsApp.
- Can I see the product before talking to anyone?
- Yes, and we would prefer it. Vaani is live on WhatsApp and answers questions, shows a catalogue and takes an order without a signup, a demo booking or a sales call. Message it, try to break it, then decide whether a conversation is worth your time. The number is on this page and on every page of this site.
- Do you work with businesses outside Bengaluru or outside India?
- Yes. The work is remote by default and most of it — scoping, building, iterating on how the agent behaves — happens over calls and shared documents regardless of where you are. Being in Bengaluru matters for the clients who want someone in the room occasionally, not for delivery. The product itself is built around Indian requirements: WhatsApp rather than web chat, code-mixed Hindi and English, in-chat UPI.
- What happens after the first message?
- A short conversation to work out what the actual problem is and whether it has a measurable number attached to it. If it does, you get a scope and a fee. If it does not, we will say so — a job with no measurable outcome is one where nobody can tell later whether it worked, which is a bad way to spend your money and a bad reference for us.
