AI Chatbot Development

AI chatbot development

A chat widget on your website that answers common questions and captures leads, scoped to what you actually need.

The problem

A visitor lands on your website at 9 PM, reads your services page, and has two questions: do you deliver to their city, and what does the basic plan cost. Those answers are already on your website, but not where the visitor is looking. They open the chat widget, nobody replies, and they leave. A chatbot can answer both questions instantly. But a chatbot is a small thing — it handles a defined list of questions, captures a name and number, and tells the visitor when a human will follow up. If the job is more complex than that, it is an agent, not a chatbot, and we will tell you so before we quote.

Visitors get an answer at midnight without someone being on call.

Built for: Businesses with a small, well-defined set of questions to answer on their website.

What we deliver

  • Scoped to your real questions. We build the bot around the twenty to forty questions your visitors actually ask, grounded in your content — not a generic Q&A shell that answers anything and sometimes gets it wrong.

  • Lead capture with context. When a visitor asks something the bot cannot answer, it takes their name, number and question and routes it to your team with the full conversation attached — not just a blank contact form.

  • Honest about its limits. If it does not know the answer, it says so. It does not generate a plausible-sounding response to keep the conversation going. That is a bad trade.

  • An honest upgrade path. If your question set grows, your bot needs to take actions (not just answer), or you want it on WhatsApp, we can scope the next step. We will not force you to rebuild from scratch.

Frequently asked questions

When should we build a chatbot instead of an agent?
A chatbot is the right call when your visitor questions are well-defined, the answers are already written down somewhere, and you do not need it to take any actions — no orders, no bookings, no API calls. If you need it to do any of those things, you need an agent, and we will scope that instead.
Will it work on mobile?
Yes. The widget adapts to screen size and works on low-end Android browsers, which is most of the Indian web. We test it on actual low-end devices before it goes on your site, not just in a desktop browser with a small window.
Can it hand over to a live agent?
Yes. When the visitor asks something outside its scope, gets frustrated, or asks to speak to a person, it captures the lead and routes it to your team. It does not try to handle things it is not equipped to handle.
