Generative AI Integration

Generative AI integration

We bolt a generative model into software you already own — your CRM, ERP or helpdesk — without rebuilding what already works.

The problem

Your CRM is fine. Your helpdesk is fine. Your team knows how to use them, and the last thing you want is to start over. But there is one task — writing the first draft of a reply, summarising a deal's history before a call, pulling the key points from a long email thread — that a generative model could do inside the tool your team already has open. The challenge is that most AI tools want you to go to them. You want the capability where the work already happens, inside the interface your team will actually use.

Your existing tools get smarter without a migration project.

Built for: Teams with a working system who want one specific generative capability added to it.

What we deliver

  • Integration scoping. We identify exactly where in your existing workflow the generative step should sit and what data it needs to reach to do its job well.

  • API and webhook work. Most integrations live between systems through APIs. We handle the connection, the authentication, the data mapping and the error handling so your system stays stable.

  • Prompt that fits your context. A generative model doing useful work inside a helpdesk behaves differently from one in a CRM. We build the prompt layer around your specific data structure and your quality bar.

  • Graceful fallback. If the model call fails or returns something the user should not see, your existing system continues to work as it always has. The AI layer is additive, not load-bearing.

Frequently asked questions

Can you integrate with Zoho or Freshdesk?
Both have APIs that support this kind of integration. The same applies to Salesforce, HubSpot, most Indian ERPs, and any system with a documented API. The integrations we cannot do are systems that have no API and no import path — which is rarer than people assume.
Will this slow down our existing system?
The generative call is asynchronous by default — it happens in the background and surfaces the result when it is ready, rather than blocking the interface. Your users do not wait for a model response before they can keep working.
What if the model produces a bad output inside our system?
The output is always presented to a user for review before any action is taken or any record is written. We do not build integrations that let a model edit your data autonomously — the person in the loop is not optional.
