How Finnodiagnos Analytics PVT Ltd (trading as Noesa) handles personal data. Written to be read, not to be survived — the short version is that this website collects nothing at all, and we only hold what you send us directly.

Who this applies to

This policy covers Finnodiagnos Analytics PVT Ltd, trading as Noesa, registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. It applies to this website (noesa.in), to conversations you start with us over WhatsApp, phone or email, and to personal data we process while delivering work for a client.

What this website collects

Nothing. As of the date above, noesa.in is a static site that sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, contains no contact forms, and does not use browser local or session storage. There is no account to create and nothing to opt into.

Our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services, via CloudFront) processes standard server request data such as IP address, user agent and requested URL in order to deliver pages and protect the service. That is infrastructure logging, it is not used by us to build a profile of you, and we do not combine it with anything else.

If we later add analytics, this section will be updated before that happens rather than afterwards.

What we collect when you contact us

When you message, call or email us, we receive whatever you choose to send. In practice that is:

  • your name, phone number or email address;
  • your company and role, if you mention them;
  • whatever you tell us about the problem you want solved — which sometimes includes details about your business, systems or customers.

We use this to reply to you, to work out whether we can help, and to scope and deliver the work if you engage us. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not use it to send marketing you did not ask for.

A note about WhatsApp

Most of our conversations happen on WhatsApp, including with Vaani, our demo agent. Two things worth being clear about:

  • Meta is involved. WhatsApp is operated by Meta, and messages you send are also processed under Meta’s own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control. Their handling of your data is between you and them.
  • The demo agent keeps conversation history. Vaani retains the conversation so it can answer follow-up questions in context, and we review conversations to improve how it behaves. Please do not send confidential business information, financial details, identity documents or anyone else’s personal data to a demo number. Ask us for a proper channel instead.

Data we process for clients

When we build or run an agent for a client, that system may process personal data belonging to the client’s own customers. In that arrangement the client decides what is collected and why, and we act on their instructions. The specifics — what is processed, where it is stored, how long it is kept, and what happens at the end of the engagement — are set in the contract for that engagement rather than by this page.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where it is necessary to operate: with infrastructure and communication providers (for example hosting, email and WhatsApp), with professional advisers where we are required to, and where the law obliges us to disclose it. Some of these providers operate outside India, which means data may be processed abroad.

How long we keep things

Enquiries that do not become work are kept while they might still be useful and then deleted. Records connected to an actual engagement are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for as long as we are required to retain business and tax records. If you want your enquiry deleted sooner, ask and we will do it.

Your rights

India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you rights over personal data we hold about you, including the right to obtain a summary of what we hold, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased where we no longer need it, to nominate someone to exercise your rights, and to raise a grievance.

To exercise any of these, write to noesaaibot@gmail.com or call +91 95449 27559. We will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

Security and changes

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted transport and limiting access to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure and we will not pretend otherwise.

If this policy changes materially, the “last updated” date above changes with it. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
