Cloud and DevOps setup

Getting changes to production safely, keeping the bill predictable, and making sure a human hears about problems before users do.

The problem

The last time a change went to production, someone spent an evening on a video call walking through a checklist of manual steps, and the two engineers who knew the process were both online at midnight to watch it go through. If either of them is on leave when the next deploy needs to happen, nobody is quite sure what to do. On the cloud bill side, something changed three months ago and the bill has been twenty percent higher ever since, but nobody has had time to find out what. Infrastructure that requires heroics to operate is not infrastructure — it is a liability that grows quietly until it breaks loudly.

Deploys stop being an evening event, and surprises in the cloud bill stop being a monthly surprise.

Built for: Teams where deployments are manual, risky, or take longer than they should.

What we deliver

  • Automated deploy pipeline. A change merged to the main branch runs tests, builds, and deploys to the right environment without anyone running a checklist. The deploy is an event the computer handles, not a ritual the team performs.

  • Separate environments. Development, staging and production are isolated. A bug found on staging has never touched a real customer's data.

  • Monitoring and alerts. The right person gets a message on WhatsApp or phone when something is wrong — not a dashboard that nobody checks until a customer complains.

  • Backups you have actually tested. A backup that has never been restored is a hope, not a backup. We set up automated backups and periodically verify that they restore cleanly.

Frequently asked questions

Which cloud provider do you use?
AWS and Google Cloud are where most of our work runs. We recommend based on what your team already uses and what the workload actually needs, not on a preferred partner relationship. Data residency in India is a standard requirement we build in.
We already have infrastructure set up. Can you improve it without a full rebuild?
Usually yes. We audit what you have, find the parts that are fragile or expensive, and fix those first. A full rebuild is rarely the right answer unless the existing setup is genuinely beyond repair.
What does this cost to run?
We right-size your infrastructure to the actual load, set up budget alerts and review the bill monthly. Cloud bills grow because resources get added and nobody removes the old ones. We keep that in check as part of the ongoing work.
