Industries
Same engine. Different bottleneck.
An AI agent is only worth building where there is a repetitive, expensive job to take off a human. Here is the job that is usually worth taking, industry by industry — and what we build to take it.
Retail & D2C
Brands and shops whose customers browse, ask and buy inside a chat window.
What is usually broken
Enquiries arrive after closing time and are answered the next morning.
The same size, stock and delivery questions consume the whole day.
Abandoned carts and quiet leads are never followed up.
What we build
A WhatsApp agent that knows the live catalogue, answers stock and delivery questions from real data, holds the item and sends a payment link.
Healthcare & clinics
Clinics, diagnostics labs and multi-doctor practices running on phone calls.
What is usually broken
The front desk cannot answer the phone and handle the queue at the same time.
Appointment booking and rescheduling eat hours of staff time.
Reports and prescriptions are chased over phone, one patient at a time.
What we build
A booking and enquiry agent that handles slots, timings, preparation instructions and report status — and escalates anything clinical to a human immediately.
Real estate
Developers and brokerages that pay for leads and lose them to slow replies.
What is usually broken
Portal and ad leads go cold before a salesperson calls back.
Site-visit scheduling is a manual back-and-forth.
Nobody qualifies budget and timeline before the visit is booked.
What we build
A lead agent that replies instantly, asks your budget, location and timeline questions, books the site visit and pushes a scored lead into the CRM.
Education & coaching
Institutes, coaching centres and online course businesses in an admissions race.
What is usually broken
Admission enquiries spike in season and overwhelm the counselling team.
The same fee, syllabus and batch-timing questions repeat all day.
Enquiries that do not convert immediately are never chased.
What we build
An admissions agent that answers course, fee and batch questions from your own material, qualifies the enquiry and books the counselling call.
Logistics & distribution
Distributors, freight and last-mile operators buried in status updates and paperwork.
What is usually broken
“Where is my shipment” calls consume the operations desk.
Purchase orders and delivery notes arrive as photos and get retyped.
Order intake over WhatsApp is transcribed by hand into the ERP.
What we build
A tracking agent for status questions plus a document agent that reads POs and delivery notes and writes validated data into the ERP.
Financial services
Brokers, advisors, lenders and insurance teams working under real compliance limits.
What is usually broken
Document collection for onboarding is a manual chase.
Product and eligibility questions repeat endlessly before any real conversation.
Nothing advice-shaped can be automated without review.
What we build
A document-collection and eligibility agent with hard guardrails — it handles process and paperwork, and every advice-adjacent question routes to a licensed human.
Manufacturing
Manufacturers whose dealers, distributors and field staff still call the office for everything.
What is usually broken
Dealers phone the sales desk for stock, price lists and dispatch status.
Orders arrive as WhatsApp messages and are retyped into the ERP.
Service and spare-part requests have no channel of their own.
What we build
A dealer-facing agent on WhatsApp that answers stock, price and dispatch questions from your ERP, accepts orders in a structured form and raises service tickets.
Insurance
Insurers, brokers and agencies whose intake still runs on forms, calls and scanned documents.
What is usually broken
Claim intake collects documents by phone and email, one chase at a time.
Policy, coverage and renewal questions repeat across every customer.
Nothing that touches advice or settlement can be automated unreviewed.
What we build
An intake agent that collects and validates claim documents, answers policy and renewal questions from your own wordings, and routes anything advisory to a licensed human.
Startups
Small teams whose support volume is growing faster than the headcount plan.
What is usually broken
Founders and engineers are answering support messages themselves.
Response times slip as signups grow, and churn follows.
Hiring a support team is slower and costlier than the growth curve allows.
What we build
A first-line agent grounded in your docs and product data that absorbs the repetitive volume, so the team only sees the questions that need a human.
The four things we build
Every industry above is some combination of these. The vertical changes the guardrails and the system we write into — not the engine underneath.
Your industry isn’t listed?
Tell us the job that eats your team’s day. If an agent is the wrong fix for it, we’ll say so rather than sell you one.
Frequently asked questions
- Do you only work with these industries?
- No. These are the six where we have seen the same bottleneck often enough to describe it precisely. The underlying work — an agent that reads your data, talks to your customers and writes into your systems — is not industry-specific. If your problem looks like one of the patterns on this page, it does not matter what you sell.
- How much does the industry actually change the build?
- Less than you would expect in the engine, more than you would expect in the guardrails. The retrieval and conversation machinery is shared. What changes per industry is what the agent may promise, what it must escalate, and which system it writes into — a clinic and a lender need very different rules about what an agent is allowed to say.
- We are in a regulated industry. Can you work within that?
- Yes, by keeping the agent out of the regulated decision. In financial services and healthcare we scope agents to process and paperwork — collecting documents, answering published policy questions, booking slots — and route anything advice-shaped or clinical to a licensed human. If your compliance team needs the agent to not do something, that becomes a hard guardrail, not a setting.
- Do you have case studies in our industry?
- Ask us directly and we will tell you honestly what we have run in your space and what we have not. Noesa is a young company. We would rather scope your build against your own numbers than lean on a logo wall.
- What is the smallest useful starting point?
- One bottleneck, one channel, one number to move. Most of these industries start with the enquiry-response problem, because it is the one where slow replies cost visible money and the improvement is easy to see within weeks.
