Compare

How we compare to the platforms you are shortlisting.

Vendor comparison pages are usually written to make everyone else look broken. These are written to help you pick correctly, including when the correct pick is not us. Every claim about another product comes from that product's own live site, with the date we read it.

The comparisons

How these pages are written

Three rules, because a comparison page is the easiest kind of page to get quietly wrong and the most damaging kind to leave wrong.

  1. 1. Nothing is written from memory. Every competitor claim is read off their live site before the page is written, and the date is printed on the page. Platform pricing in this market moves every few months; a confident claim about a plan that changed in March is worse than no claim at all.
  2. 2. No invented weaknesses. We do not list a feature gap we have not verified, and we do not describe a competitor’s deliberate design choice as a flaw. Most of these products are good at what they were built for.
  3. 3. The honest answer is usually “different, not better”. A team inbox, a broadcast tool, a messaging gateway and an autonomous agent are four different layers. Comparing them on a single axis produces a winner and misleads the reader. We say which layer each product lives on and let you pick the layer you actually need.

Before you compare anything, know the three bills

Almost every confused vendor comparison is really a confusion about which of three separate costs is being quoted: Meta’s per-message charge, the software fee, and the work to connect it to your catalogue and systems. Two quotes that look wildly different often differ only in which layers they bundle.

If you read one thing before shortlisting, make it what a WhatsApp AI agent actually costs in India. It separates the three layers, gives Meta’s current rate bands, and covers the free-message windows that move a monthly bill more than any subscription difference will.

Frequently asked questions

Why would I trust a comparison written by one of the vendors?
You should not trust it blindly — you should check it. That is why every competitor claim on these pages carries the date we read it and comes from the competitor's own live site rather than our recollection. If a claim looks wrong, it is either out of date or we made a mistake, and both are worth telling us about. What we will not do is invent a weakness. A comparison that only flatters us is not useful to you and would not survive contact with a trial.
Why do these pages recommend competitors sometimes?
Because the alternative is selling the wrong shape of product and watching it fail in month three, which costs us more than a lost deal does. A shared team inbox and an autonomous agent solve different problems. If your problem is the one we do not solve, we would rather say so on a page you find at 11pm than in a call three weeks in.
How current are these comparisons?
Each page states the date its competitor research was done, and that date is the honest limit of what we are claiming. Platform pricing and feature sets in this market change every few months. If you are reading one of these well after its check date, treat the structural points as durable and re-verify anything numeric against the vendor's own site before you decide.
