noesa.in is operated by Finnodiagnos Analytics PVT Ltd, trading as Noesa, registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Using this site means you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

What the guides are and are not

The guides, comparisons and service pages on this site are general information about how WhatsApp Business, AI agents and automation work. They are written carefully and checked against primary sources, and each page states what it was checked against and when. They are still not advice for your specific situation.

• They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or regulatory advice. Several pages touch regulated areas — lending, insurance, clinics, payments — and deliberately describe principles rather than telling you what a rule requires of you. Take proper advice before acting.
• Third-party platforms change without warning. Meta’s pricing, messaging tiers, verification process and template rules have all changed materially in recent years, and will again. Where a page carries a date, that date is the honest limit of what we can claim.
• Pricing figures are indicative bands. Rates we publish for Meta or for other vendors are read off public sources on a stated date and given as ranges precisely because exact values go stale. They are not quotes, not offers, and not a guarantee of what anyone will charge you. Confirm current figures with the vendor.

Comparisons and other companies

Our comparison pages describe competing products as we found them on their own public websites on a stated date. Product names and trade marks belong to their respective owners, and referring to them does not imply any affiliation or endorsement in either direction. We aim to describe competitors fairly, including where they are a better fit than we are. If you believe we have described your product inaccurately, tell us and we will correct it.

The Vaani demo agent

Vaani is available on a public WhatsApp number so you can test it without a signup. It is a demonstration, offered as-is:

• it may be unavailable, changed or withdrawn at any time, and we make no uptime commitment for it;
• it is an AI system and it can be wrong — nothing it says is an offer, a quote or a binding commitment by us;
• please do not send confidential information, identity documents, payment credentials or other people’s personal data to it, as set out in our privacy policy;
• do not use it to attempt to break, overload or extract the underlying system, and do not use it for anything unlawful.

Actual engagements

Nothing on this site is a contract or a binding offer. If we work together, the scope, fees, timelines, service levels, data handling and liability are set out in a separate written agreement, and that agreement takes precedence over anything published here — including any pricing page.

Content and reuse

The writing, design and code of this site belong to us. You are welcome to quote from the guides with attribution and a link — we would rather be cited than copied. Please do not republish pages wholesale, and do not scrape the site to train a model or to reproduce it elsewhere.

Liability and governing law

This site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here, from the site being unavailable, or from anything on a third-party site we link to. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. If we change these terms, the “last updated” date above changes with them.
