AI Development
Custom AI development
We scope, build and deploy a custom AI system for a specific job your team currently does by hand.
The problem
Your team does some job on repeat — reading the same documents, answering the same questions, checking the same things — and everyone can see that a well-built system could do most of it. The difficulty is not imagining it. The difficulty is figuring out which approach is worth building, what data it actually needs, who runs it when it is live, and what happens when it is wrong. Most AI projects stall somewhere in that gap, not for lack of ambition but for lack of a practical next step.
A working AI system, not a proof of concept gathering dust.
Built for: Businesses with a clear, repetitive job that costs real time or money.
What we deliver
Scoping before building. We map the job, the inputs your system will need, the data you already have, and the acceptable failure modes before we write a line of code. If the job is not a good fit for AI, we say so here.
Data and model work. We work with your existing data — however messy — to train or configure the system. If you do not have enough history to make a reliable model, that is a finding, not a surprise revealed after billing.
Deployment on your infrastructure. The system runs where your data lives: your cloud account, your servers, or a managed environment we set up. Your data does not leave your control.
Handover, not dependency. We document what was built, how to monitor it, and when to call us. The goal is a team that can operate it, not a team that needs us on speed dial forever.

Frequently asked questions
- How do I know which AI approach is right for my problem?
- That is exactly what the scoping phase is for. We look at the job, the data you have and the result you need, then recommend the simplest approach that works. Sometimes that is a language model, sometimes a straightforward prediction model, sometimes a rule — we are not trying to sell you the most impressive-sounding option.
- Can you build something if we have very little data?
- It depends on the job. Some things can be built with limited history; others cannot. We check early, before the budget runs. If your data is not enough we will tell you what it would take to get there and let you decide whether that investment makes sense.
- What does the ongoing cost cover?
- Running the system, monitoring it for quality drops, fixing failures that show up in production, and updating it when your underlying data or processes change. A model that nobody watches drifts quietly until it is wrong.
