Web Application Development

Web application development

Internal tools, staff portals and customer dashboards that work on cheap phones and patchy networks.

The problem

The tool your team uses every day was built for a desktop in the office on a fast connection. A field supervisor trying to submit a report from a construction site on a mid-range Android with two bars of 4G gets a spinner and then an error. Meanwhile someone in the accounts team is copying numbers from Tally into a sheet that a manager then copies into an email. The problem is not that the data does not exist — it is that it lives in three places and none of them talk to each other. A web application built for these conditions is not the same as a web application built for a broadband office in a different country.

Your team stops switching between three systems to complete one task.

Built for: Operations and back-office teams running on spreadsheets, disconnected tools, or systems nobody built for Indian conditions.

What we deliver

  • Works on low-end Android. Tested on the actual devices your team uses — not just a desktop browser with throttled network emulation. Pages load in a few seconds on a 4G connection, not a fibre one.

  • Offline-tolerant where it matters. Forms that save locally when there is no signal and submit when the connection returns. Field staff do not lose a day's entries because a tunnel killed the signal.

  • Connected to your existing data. Reads from and writes into Tally, Zoho, a spreadsheet or a custom database you already run. Your team does not need to maintain two sources of truth.

  • Role-based access. Field staff see what they need. Managers see their team's output. Accounts see the financial view. Nobody sees data that is not their concern.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a replacement for our existing ERP or accounting system?
Usually not. A web application built here is more often a layer on top of what you already run — surfacing data from Tally or Zoho in a form your field team can actually use, then writing their inputs back. Replacing a working ERP is expensive and risky; connecting to it is not.
What about mobile — should we build an app instead?
A well-built web application works on a phone browser and does not require your team to install anything. For most internal tools that is the right answer. If you need push notifications, camera access, or offline-first sync across many devices, we will tell you honestly when a mobile app starts to make more sense.
Can it connect to WhatsApp so staff get notifications there?
Yes. Staff notifications, approval requests and status updates can be routed through WhatsApp Business, which is the channel Indian field teams actually check. That layer sits on the same platform as our AI agent work.
