Business Process Automation
Business process automation
Map the process as it actually runs, then remove the steps that never needed a person.
The problem
Picture month-end at your company. One person knows the exact sequence of steps. They open four systems, copy numbers between them, chase two approvals over WhatsApp, and finally push a file to the accountant. Everyone else waits. When that person goes on leave the whole thing stalls, because the process lives only in their head. The honest truth about most slow processes is that 80 percent of the steps are plain rules — if this, then that — and a small part actually needs someone to think. The two parts get mixed together and called "the process", which is why automating it sounds hard. We draw the steps out first, separate rules from judgment, and automate only what is genuinely automatable. A process that runs twice a month is usually not worth the build cost. A broken process that gets automated just fails faster. We will tell you both things before you spend anything.
The slow middle of your process runs on its own.
Built for: Teams whose bottleneck is a chain of manual steps, not a shortage of people.
What we deliver
Process mapping first. Before any code, we walk through the process with the person who actually does it — not the org chart version, the real one including the WhatsApp workarounds and the spreadsheet that lives on one laptop.
Rules separated from judgment. Most steps turn out to be plain rules an integration can follow. We label each step clearly so you know exactly what gets automated and what stays with your team.
Integrations over imitation. Where your tools have proper connections — Zoho, Tally, Google Workspace, most ERPs — we wire them directly. That is faster and more reliable than teaching software to click through a screen.
Honest scope limits. If a step needs a phone call, context only a person holds, or happens fewer than ten times a month, we say so and leave it out of the build.

Frequently asked questions
- How do you start if our process is not documented anywhere?
- Most processes we see are not documented. We sit with whoever does the work and map it together, including the informal workarounds. That mapping session is usually where the real bottleneck surfaces — and occasionally it is where we find the process does not need software at all, just a cleaner sequence.
- What does it cost and how long does it take?
- We charge a fixed build fee once we have scoped the process, and a monthly fee to keep it running and maintained. Timeline depends on how many systems are involved and whether they have proper connections. Simple chains take weeks; ones with legacy software take longer. We scope before we quote.
- What if the process changes after you build it?
- Processes change, and a rigid automation that cannot adapt becomes a new problem. The monthly fee covers updates — if a step changes, we adjust the automation rather than leaving you with something broken.
